Hello,

Keeping your account safe and secured is a very important aspect of maintaining the progress and hard work you have achieved. We try our best to offer as much security as possible to help you do that.

Rules and regulations

We have set in place some important topics to our Community rules & regulations that might aid you with some extended security.

Below is a reminder of one very critical paragraph many players tend to overlook. Although we do not forbid sharing accounts, due to the lack of effective means, we provide zero assistance in case it goes wrong for you.

Account

  • One account is to be used by one individual only. Account sharing is forbidden. Any loss of items, characters or anything else in result of account sharing will not be recovered.

What does that mean?

Even if you trust the person to whom you give your password, they may not store it in a secure location or they might keep it on a compromised device, opening it up to potential theft and thus putting you, your accounts and your virtual achievements at risk.

There is also the high risk of the player just straight up stealing your progress - such as items.

But he promised to me..

Due to voluntary action taken by the account holder to share the account we, as the management team, will not take the responsibility for the account owners actions.

Login logs

We keep an extended log of every session created - both game client logins and website logins. We have also made it accessible for the account holder as well: recent logins. If you see any unknown login sessions make sure to change your password the first thing!

It is very simple for us to detect a situation of account sharing. How? Simply the means of protecting your account are sufficient enough and someone can′t just guess the login data.

Security means

Do not share your login details!

The very first layer of security is the account holder himself. Simply by not sharing the login data a huge layer of security has already been provided.

Change your password regularly

Changing your password takes little to no time, but offers yet again a huge layer of security.

2-factor authentication

Account holder can enable the 2-factor authentication to filter out any unknown IP addresses to access their account.

What is 2-fa?

This system is put in place to stop any session to be created from an unknown IP-address. All login attempts must be manually approved.

Technical limitations

Due to certain technical limitations, this function, when blocking an unknown login attempt, will display that your account has been banned for 1 second. After the first ban popup box is displayed a link will be sent to your e-mail address to approve the login. After approving the login the 1 second ban popup will be removed.
